Horse trailers
For building an office, horse trailers are ideal! They're perfectly rectangular, and often have sleeping quarters.
Also, sprinters just look too small...
And it's great to be able to detach the home-office from the vehicle.
Here's a huge one...

KOA & campgrounds
This is a feasible, cheap solution. It offers privacy, and is universal.
When doing this for more than a month or so, it's very discounted (ends up being ~$600/mo).
You could afford having one now. If your car could pull one, you could pick one up today.
But, you can't probably.
